ChillRun Terms of Service

ChillRun provides weather-based running-decision information to help you consider suitable times for outdoor running.

To use ChillRun, you must be at least 18 years old. If you create an account, you must provide a valid email address and complete the registration process available at the time.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and may not share it with anyone else. If you become aware of unauthorized use of your account, please notify hello@uminlabs.com immediately.

ChillRun is currently free to use. There is no paid subscription, checkout, or paid purchase available at this time. ChillRun may introduce optional paid features in the future. Before any purchase, we will present the applicable price, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms.

ChillRun provides weather-based running-decision information and does not replace your own assessment of actual local conditions and personal safety.

You may not interfere with or disrupt the service; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; use the service for unlawful activities; or reverse engineer or bulk-extract service content except as permitted by law.

Umin Labs may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service where reasonable, and may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The ChillRun brand, design, code, and service content are owned by Umin Labs. Umin Labs does not claim ownership of your personal data.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).

If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify registered users by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
